Three Brothers Wineries & Estates is seeking an Associate for our Welcome Center to help support our growing business.
At Three Brothers Wineries & Estates, we focus on providing an amazing experience to past, present, and future customers, and we have fun while doing it! With our expansive selection of hand-crafted wine, microbrews, hard cider, and sodas, there's bound to be something for everyone who visits.
The experience for our customers starts with the first person they encounter on our Estate. We are looking for an upbeat individual with a positive attitude and personable demeanor who can provide our guests with the necessary information to get the most out of their Three Brothers experience. Being a team player is a must!
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with a great attitude as they enter our Estate.
- Provide guests with information on our estate and their tasting options.
- Manage reservations.
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
- Light cleaning as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, management, and co-workers.
- Good organization and time management skills
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day.
- Must be available to work most weekends.
This position is a seasonal temporary position on Saturdays and Sundays and runs from June to December. Weekday hours are available to pick up in the Tasting Rooms if desired.
