Medical Receptionist (GYN Clinic) Full-Time Position Available

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance.
• Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information.
• Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Collect co-pays and payments.
• Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
• Complete other clerical duties as assigned.
• Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean.
• Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or GED.
• Previous clinical or medical office experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to problem solve.
• Able to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, flexibility and be able to adjust to patient flows.
