Job Summary:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process for all open positions. This includes but is not limited to posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting phone screenings, assisting with interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, developing strategies to attract and retain top talent. Attend job fairs and represent Three Crosses at community events. Your ultimate goal is to build a talented workforce that drives organizational success. Success in this role requires strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Associate’s degree in business administration preferred
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
