The main objective of the Business Outreach Representative is to qualify and educate potential prospects and assist them through the sign-up process with the sales team.
The Business Outreach Representative will communicate and work with local businesses directly, qualify them for the available products, and explain the value and impact these peace of mind products can have. In addition, they are responsible for generating interest and excitement and helping connect the customer. Responsibilities of the Business Outreach Representative:
- Engage prospective enrollees in the local Business , educate them about the premier Telecommunication products, and assist them through the qualification and sign-up process
- Qualify potential customers to determine their eligibility for specialized products
- Drive a high level of self-generated lead activity to create a referral pipeline
- Collaborate with fellow Business Outreach Representatives and the customer service team to learn best practices and develop streamlined outreach and marketing methods
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire enrollment process
- Actively contribute to a positive, engaging work environment by collaborating and maintaining professional, friendly relationships across all teams and departments
- An Associate’s degree in business, communications, or marketing is highly preferred, but not necessary depending on prior experience
- At least 1-2 years of customer service, sales, Business involvement, or any other applicable experience
- High level of emotional intelligence and superior communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and genuine demeanor with a proven track record of building effective relationships with Business members, co-workers, and clients
- Entrepreneurial-minded with a high level of motivation and desire for growth
