Three Dog Brands is seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role that serves as the key liaison between customers, operations, supply chain management and the Sales team to provide order management and resolution guidance.

Since 1989, we have been manufacturing and distributing delicious, all-natural dog treats to dog loving pet parents through popular Food/ Drug/ Mass and Pet Specialty retailers in the United States and Canada and through eCommerce avenues.

Responsibilities
A Doggone Exciting Career:
- Ensure the Sales team has all support and materials necessary to achieve sales and growth across their accounts.
- Guarantee the needs of customers, buyers, brokers, Sales Team and internal team members are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow and maintain all system processes, documentation and records.
- Provide reports with recommendations to team members and management to continuously improve the business.
- Proactively address needs in all areas concerning improved service levels.
- Develop and maintain positive, effective working relationships with customers, brokers, vendors, buyers, distributors and related key partners.
- Accurately enter and process inbound EDI orders and outbound Advanced Ship Notices in a timely manner.
- Prepare export documentation for international customers.
- Monitor customer orders ensuring they are accurate, shipped and received on time and in-full.
- Communicate any and all trends and issues to management.
- Keep customers informed on order status of logistics on POs.
- Complete new item set-up forms for customers & provide product images.
- Document, monitor, report, and analyze fill rate and service levels of our customers.
- Daily tracking of orders and shipments and communicating any issues with both the Sales and Operations teams.
- Process, build, and ship sample orders, as needed.
Qualifications
Your Pawesome Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or related field.
- Previous experience or knowledge of sales support/operations role.
- Strong computer literacy with experience using customer databases (WMT Retail Link, Target Partners Online, etc.), CRM and sales software (Sage/MAS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated success in establishing excellent relationships with external and internal clients.
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
