DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

- Operate and maintain landscape construction equipment

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Installation of new and existing landscapes including:
- Grading
- Sprinkler Installation
- Edging
- Planting
- Turf Installation
- Pavers
- Mulch Installation
- Actively participate in weekly and daily team planning sessions
- Proven history of meeting production demands and labor targets
- Strong oral communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during construction projects
- Technological literacy - fluency with and willingness to learn basic phone apps & computer programs as required by your Supervisor
- Equipment Operator: Skid-steer, Mini-excavator
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver’s license and insurable with the company’s agent
- Drug free
- Emotionally stable
- Possession of a working cell phone
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This job will expose you to specific job site conditions including, but not limited to, the following: outside work and weather conditions (extremes of heat or cold, wet or dry, dust, dirt, pollen, etc), moving mechanical equipment and occasionally client pets.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $15-$21/hour DOE
- PTO starts accruing at the commencement of full-time employment. Can be used after 6 months of full-time employment.
