DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Deliver a Raving Fan Customer Experience
• Commitment to living by our core values
• Meet Three Men and & A Shovel standards as promised to the client
• Execute services within labor budgets
• Commitment to be a team player
• Arrive at work on time and prepared each day
• 360 Inspection check of vehicles, trailers and equipment daily

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Landscape Maintenance Services including:
• Lawn mowing
• Trimming
• Edging
• Blowing
• Weeding
• Perennial Grooming
• Annual Plant Grooming and Fertilization
• Shrub Pruning(mechanical, Hand pruning)
• Herbicide weed control
• Aeration
• Active participate in weekly and daily team planning sessions
• Proven history of meeting production demands and labor targets.
• Strong oral communication skills
• Seasonal flexibility
• Technological literacy - fluency with and willingness to learn basic phone apps & computer programs as required by your Supervisor
• Equipment Operator: Skid-steer, Mini-excavator

PHYSICAL DEAMANDS AND NON-NEGOTIABLES:

• Physical Demands – ability to lift & move 80 lbs repeatedly; full range of mobility including use of both hands and feet and capacity to squat, sit, stand, stoop, or kneel for extended periods of time; vision abilities as required by Utah driver’s license division.
• Job Site Conditions – daily exposure to outside work and weather conditions (extremes of heat or cold, wet or dry, dust, dirt, pollen, etc), and moving mechanical equipment. In addition, job sites are located on both residential and commercial properties. They may also occasionally be exposed to client pets.
• Time Demands – ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance at a level acceptable to the company, including the ability to work overtime, holidays, evenings or weekends as necessary. This position requires seasonally extended work hours and flexibility in scheduling; including evening or weekend hours as needed.
• Possession of a working cell phone
• Ability to get to/from work on their own
• Drug free
• Emotionally stable
• Valid Utah Driver’s License and insurable with the company’s agent
• Legal to work in the United States

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $14.00-$20.00/hour DOE
• Freckle Farm employee discount
• PTO starts accruing at the commencement of full-time employment. Can be used after 6 months of full-time employment.
