DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Deliver a Raving Fan Customer Experience
Commitment to living by our core values
Oversee all aspects of the landscape maintenance process
Manage resources to stay on schedule and on budget
Adhere to SOPs and industry best practices
Manage client relationships and provide progress updates through software
Lead, train, and retain a team of 2-3 Crew Leaders and 3-5 crew members
Operate and maintain equipment safely & efficiently
Maintain a professional, organized, and safe job site
Drive process improvement and contribute to the company’s future direction
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
4 years of experience in a job with similar responsibilities, subject matter
1 years of experience in a supervisory position
Established track record of happy customers
Proven history of meeting production and budget goals
Strong oral communication skills, job planning skills, and mechanical aptitude are a must
Seasonal flexibility
Technological literacy - fluency with and willingness to learn basic phone apps & computer programs as required by your Supervisor; competency in communicating via email and SMS.
Demonstrate expertise in horticulture and landscape maintenance best practices, including turf health and maintenance, bed care, plant health and maintenance, irrigation system maintenance and troubleshooting, and herbicide application.
Work independently with minimal supervision and little to no rework
Communicate clearly to ensure alignment and consistently achieve desired results
Maintain high-quality standards while adapting to challenges under pressure
Set and achieve goals without external motivation
Take the initiative to support leadership and proactively solve problems
Exhibit professionalism through appearance, organization, and jobsite conduct
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND NON-NEGOTIABLES:
Physical Demands – ability to lift & move 60 lbs. repeatedly; full range of mobility including use of both hands and feet and capacity to squat, sit, stand, stoop, or kneel for extended periods of time; vision abilities as required by Utah driver’s license division
Job Site Conditions – daily exposure to outside work and weather conditions (extremes of heat or cold, wet or dry, dust, dirt, pollen, etc.), and moving mechanical equipment. In addition, job sites are located on both residential and commercial properties. You may also occasionally be exposed to a client’s pets.
Time Demands – ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance at a level acceptable to the company, including the ability to work overtime, holidays, evenings or weekends as necessary. This position requires seasonally extended work hours and flexibility in scheduling; including evening or weekend hours as needed.
Possession of a valid Utah Driver's License and insurable with company's agent
Possession of a working cell phone that we can reach you on as needed

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$26.00-$30.00/hour DOE
