What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Landscape Maintenance position at Weber Basin Water Conservancy District?
Are you looking for a great summer job working with a great organization?
As part of the Seasonal Right of Way Crew, this position performs a variety of vegetation management practices. Prior experience is not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities typically include:
- tractor mowing (air conditioned)
- weed and grass trimming
- general landscape clean-up
Daily work schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. The season typically ends around August/September, but we are flexible to accommodate student schedules. This position includes up to four paid holidays during the season.
Many of our seasonal employees return each year because they enjoy the work and the crew they work with. It's a great opportunity for college students on summer break.
Applicants must possess a valid Utah driver's license and be at least 18 years old. Pre-employment drug screen required.
