Are you compassionate, empathetic, and looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? Join our team as a Hospice Volunteer at Three Oaks Hospice! We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide emotional, social, and practical support to our patients and their families during their hospice care journey.
As a Hospice Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference by offering companionship and comfort to patients in their time of need. Volunteers visit patients approximately 1-4 times per month.
Requirements:
- NON-PAID position – This is a volunteer role.
- A background check and tuberculosis (TB) screening are required.
- Screening and paperwork can be completed at one of our three Oak Hospice offices, located in Longview, Tyler, or Lufkin, TX (based on your proximity).
- Must be compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to helping others.
- No prior healthcare experience required – we provide training and support.
