Role Summary
As the Head of Ad Operations, you will lead and oversee all aspects of our ad operations
function, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of campaigns across our platform.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable
processes, address client needs, build and manage a team, and deliver measurable results.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape the operational excellence of our company
while building and mentoring a high-performing team.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Strategy :Partner with the VP of Sales and help to help the commercial team delivercustomer campaigns
Set the standard for how our company advertising campaigns are structured toachieve customer's performance goals
Work closely with TechOps and Account Management to identify and resolvecampaign issues
Build, lead, and mentor the ad operations team to foster a culture of collaborationand performance.
Define and execute the strategic vision for ad operations, ensuring alignment withcompany and sector goals.
Campaign Management :Partner with sales and account management teams to understand clientobjectives, ensure on-time activation, and deliver exceptional results.
Monitor Global delivery performance for the business inclusive of risk reportingand PMP / PG / Direct partner-spend to prioritize activation, escalation and
troubleshooting
Work with AM's and techops to set up, manage, optimize, and resolve campaignissues in a timely manner
Work with Supply and Media planners to ensure campaigns are standardized andset up for performance
Set up / join recurring sector meetings to get s better understand of their business,deal flows, and expectations
Operational Excellence :Develop and implement scalable workflows and processes to optimize efficiencyand accuracy.
Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and identify opportunities forimprovement in ad serving and tracking.
Develop metrics and measure performance against business requirements,aligning improvement projects to bridge operational shortfalls and identify future
improvement opportunities. Collect data to identify root-cause problems.
Test new features and provide feedback before they get releasedEnsure consistency and alignment across all regional Ad Operations team,leveraging a follow-the-sun model
Data & Analytics :Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights toimprove outcomes.
Collaborate with TechOps, Supply, and other key internal stake holders to refinereporting and measurement frameworks, focusing on ROI and performance.
Innovation & Technology :Partner with technology teams to make buying, launching, serving and optimizingcampaigns more simple to execute
Capture future Ad Operations business needs as the business scales andtranslate to a future state of support (delegate, automate, eliminate)
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, ensuring our companyremains an industry leader.

8 years of experience in ad operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in executing ad operations : programmatic advertising, CTV platforms,and attribution models.
Proven ability to lead and scale operational teams in a fast-paced environment.Deep analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to workcross-functionally.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degreepreferred).
