Job Title: CNC Supervisor/Supervisor III - Operations
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Industry
Duration: 3 years
Location: Waterloo, IA 50703
Shift: 3rd Shift (9:30 pm - 6 am)
Description:
- Supervise production/maintenance employees to meet quality, safety, and cost goals.
- Act as a liaison between production staff and management.
- Ensure employees receive training, tools, and guidance.
- Monitor control plans, troubleshoot issues, and oversee production.
- Enforce policies, procedures, and work rules.
- Manage shift schedules, priorities, and overtime.
- Oversee equipment maintenance to maximize uptime.
- Lead continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1 years of production/manufacturing supervisory experience.
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel).
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and tooling.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Must work onsite; safety shoes required.
- No visa sponsorship available.
- Must complete safety training to operate Client-owned Gator.
