Job Summary :
Client is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead the sales strategy and execution for Pharmaself24 prescription pickup kiosks. This pivotal role involves developing the sales process prospecting new business opportunities negotiating and closing sales to achieve the companys growth objectives. The Sales Director will build mentor and train the sales team fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy and Execution :
Define and implement an effective sales process tailored to the Pharmaself24 solution.
Proven ability to identify qualify and nurture leads through targeted outreach strategies driving business growth and increasing sales opportunities.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the retail pharmacy sector with a focus on independent community pharmacies.
Make direct sales calls presentations and proposals to close deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Leadership and Mentorship :
Train mentor and support the growth of sales team members.
Establish sales performance metrics and review team progress regularly.
Foster a collaborative and goaloriented sales culture.
Process Development and Improvement :
Continuously refine sales techniques and approaches to improve effectiveness.
Develop sales materials and resources to support the teams success.
Implement CRM best practices for tracking leads opportunities and customer data.
Market Knowledge and Collaboration :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in retail pharmacies.
Provide insights to leadership on market trends customer feedback and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product features and implementation plans.
Industry tradeshow participation.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales leadership with a track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
Experience selling to retail pharmacies is required.
Strong background in sales prospecting (hunting) and relationship building.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a dynamic growing team.
Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with pharmacy operations and selfservice kiosk technology.
Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Analytical mindset and ability to use data to inform strategy.
