- Staging parts for production
- Cycle Counting
- Forklift use onthejob training
- Willing to work extra hours when needed
Job Duties :
Performs manual and clerical shipping / receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.Uses computer system for tracking logging verifying and reporting.Follows shipping practices transportation routing schedules and requirements.Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.Unpacks / wraps finished products raw stock assemblies parts etc.Verifies quantity weight and conformance of materials to stated identifications.Logs receipt of items processes freight bills packing sheets and other documents.Reports materials shipped and bills of lading posts weight / shipping charges and routes merchandise.Production Support Career Stream :
Supports manufacturing operations / distribution centers : assembly machinery processing packaging and / or distribution.Sets up and operates automatic / semiautomatic machines in production.Reports machine malfunctions and abnormalities; higher levels may recommend / make adjustments.Involved in shipping receiving inventory control or storage of products.Differentiating Factors :
