Full Time Social Worker/Counselor Opportunity

At Three Rivers Behavioral Health, a 129 bed facility located in West Columbia, SC, we never forget that patients are people -- people with potential, who can have better relationships and live more productive lives. For those who seek a secure environment, healing, hope, treatment, and recovery, Three Rivers is the first place for a second chance. Three Rivers provides psychiatric, detoxification/rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis treatment through inpatient services for adolescents and adults. Our outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults and an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions. Three Rivers Behavioral Health currently has opennings for Full Time Social Worker/Counselor available. This position is Monday - Friday, days.
Responsibilities: The Social Worker/Counselor will provide quality case management and psycho-therapeutic services to our adult patients and their families; participates as a member of the treatment team in developing treatment plans; develops and coordinates an individualized discharge plan for the patient; documents all clinical services provided as it pertains to social services. The Social Worker supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence standards to all customer groups.

Qualifications
The following are the job requirements for the Social Worker/Counselor position:
- Master’s prepared clinician from an accredited school or college of social work.
- Must have South Carolina LMSW or LPC within one year of hire date
- Prefer a minimum of two (2) years’ clinical experience in behavioral health.
- Current CPI training prior or upon hire and maintain certifications throughout employment.
