What are the responsibilities and job description for the Secretary, Educational Talent Search position at Three Rivers College?
The Secretary for Educational Talent Search (ETS) position is part of the TRIO grant-funded program at Three Rivers College. The role of the Secretary is to oversee the daily operations of the ETS office and provide administrative support to the Director and Outreach Specialists. This position will manage student records, assist with the planning and paperwork for program participation and student trips, coordinate communication with schools and students, as well as assist with the department financial and compliance requirements.
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in an office setting or equivalent required.
Salary range is $13.75 - $14.00 per hour. Excellent fringe benefit package including, but not limited to health, dental, vision, and life insurance; sick and vacation leave; and the Missouri Public School & Education Employee Retirement System. Generous holiday schedule.
