Responsibilities
As a Sales and Reservations Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and memorable experience from the moment they book to the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guest Services: Interacting with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information, answer questions, and guide them through the booking process.
- Reservations: Managing bookings, scheduling trips, and coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Sales: Promoting rafting trips, lodging packages, and other services to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Problem-Solving: Handling guest inquiries, changes, and special requests with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with guides, managers, and other staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Administrative Duties: Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer information.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.48 - $24.50 per hour
