Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Executive Assistant/ Secretary in Washington, DC. This position works within a small team of professionals ensuring the safety and security of a critical component of our government.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in an often fast-paced environment and have the flexibility to adjust to support dynamic requirements. An active security clearance is required and additional background checks beyond clearance are required by the customer.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work closely with government representatives to assemble contract performance requirements and funding packages.
- Prepare program status reports.
- Plan and conduct meetings, formal reviews, and conferences.
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes, follow up on action items.
- Perform program financial analysis, delivery order tracking, and budget tracking.
- Collect and analyze data on contract performance.
- Act as liaison between the team, other contractors, and government stakeholders, manage stakeholder communications.
Position Requirements:
- US citizenship mandatory.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- Successful completion of business/financial preparatory classes including accounting, office methods, and financial management.
- Minimum two (2) years Analyst experience with a DoD or Government Agency.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures are preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
