Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Facilities Coordination and Planning Support Technician to join our Team in Panama City.
The Facilities Coordination and Planning Support Technician will provide essential support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division Facilities Division. This position requires interaction with technical, scientific, and management personnel at all levels to ensuring effective communications within the facilities program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Site Visits:
o Verify existing facility conditions/deficiencies and provide feedback to Facilities team members.
o Follow-up on repairs and corrections within and surrounding facilities.
o Submit a report of site visit findings within pre-determined time-frame.
- Provide Technical Support:
o Assist the NSWC PCD Facilities team in determining solutions to facility related deficiencies.
o Interface with NSWC PCD end users to understand requirements / deficiencies.
o Assist the NSWC PCD Facilities team in reviewing work for accuracy and completion.
- Participate in Inspections:
o Participate in Zone Inspections with the Facilities team, take notes on site, compile notes and distribute to appropriate parties.
o Conduct other facility inspections to verify seating assignments, facility asset information, and facility equipment condition.
o Assist in Fleet Vehicle Program inspections to maintain accurate Inventory of non-tactical fleet vehicles and update inventory tracker as required
Desired Qualifications:
- Background in facilities maintenance. Government experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact effectively across various levels of personnel.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain qualifications to access and manage information up to and including the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level.
- Familiarity with U.S. Navy environmental programs and compliance standards is a plus.
