GFEBS Training Support

Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a GFEBS Training Writer/Developer to join our team in Columbia, SC.

Qualified candidates will be expected to:

• Perform routine training development functions necessary to sustain the efficiency/effectiveness of the military and civilian individual, distributive learning, and collective training mission.
• Train, develop, write, and review documents, plans, and/or reports for assigned topics or courses within GFEBS and GFEBS-related courseware.
• Conduct maintenance on GFEBS/GFEBS related courseware to ensure currency/relevancy. Provide input into Training Development Capability (TDC) as required.
• Update Training Requirements Analysis System (TRAS) and other course related/required documents.
• Review and coordinate the maintenance of collective training unique and shared tasks. Assist in the maintenance, development, and review of GFEBS dL products.
• Develop individual tasks to support FM proponent collective shared tasks, as required. Assist in the development of FM collective task training support packages, as required.
• Deliver and maintain cost analysis and management, GFEBS, and GFEBS-related courses. Deliver technical, analytic and strategic subject matter expertise (SME) in the development, implementation, and delivery of strategies, programs, processes, structures, training, training systems, and doctrine as it directly relates to Army-wide FM Transformation and GFEBS implementation across components.
• Consider approved Army GFEBS lesson plans when analyzing GFEBS subjects, and references, to augment approved POIs.

Position Requirements:

• US Citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust Designation.
• Associates Degree;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Statistics, or Cost Management disciplines preferred.
• Two (2) years of GFEBS operational experience;
• Two (2) years of Army and/or DoD Financial Management experience and/or
• Two (2) years Training Development experience .
• Experience in GFEBS training development may be substituted for operational experience.
• Must be able to complete Faculty Development Program training up to Level 3 in accordance with US Army Soldier Support Institute and TRADOC policy/regulations

Preferred Skills:

• Former Army LTC/MAJ, SGM/SFC or DA Civilian equivalent with TRADOC and Army Financial Management experience preferred.
• Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) a plus.
• Currently qualified Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) training writer/developer/instructor preferred.
