We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a strong background in corporate compliance, entity structures, business law, and real estate matters. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently, maintaining legal documentation, and providing attorney support on transactional matters.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in reviewing and preparing operating agreements, purchase agreements, and other legal contracts.
· Conduct factual and legal research on key business law issues, including real estate and water law matters.
· Organize and maintain corporate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
· Track and monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
· Support executives with due diligence and document preparation for business transactions.
· Coordinate with internal departments and affiliated companies to facilitate legal processes and ensure timely handling of legal matters.
· Manage legal projects and deadlines, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
· Maintain organized records of all agreements, including versions and amendments, in compliance with legal retention policies.
· Perform other administrative and legal support duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:
· Certification or degree in Paralegal Studies from an ABA-approved program.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably in a corporate environment.
· Strong understanding of corporate compliance, business entity structures, real estate law, and contract management.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
· Excellent organizational, research, and analytical skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Knowledge of financial principles is a plus but not required.
Compensation, Work Hours, and Benefits:
This is a full-time, exempt (Monday – Friday) position in our Salt Lake City, UT office.
We offer a competitive compensation and benefit package (medical, vision, HSA and retirement). Generous paid time off (PTO) accrual program based on tenure of employment.
This position requires the successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
