Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Treatment Manager to oversee and enhance the quality of care provided to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and crisis management, with a focus on supporting individuals with SUD and Mental Health diagnoses. This role is crucial in ensuring effective treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation of client care strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, ensuring alignment with best practices in behavioral health.
- Provide direct support to treatment staff, facilitating therapeutic interventions and crisis management as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs and monitor progress toward treatment goals.
- Conduct clinical research to inform evidence-based practices and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, including adherence to ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards.
- Train and supervise staff in the delivery of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and other therapeutic modalities.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages patient engagement and empowerment in their treatment journey.
Requirements
- LPCC, LISW
- Strong knowledge of crisis management strategies and behavioral health interventions.
- Familiarity with clinical research methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation purposes.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of patient care.
