What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Threefold Property Management?
Job Overview
Looking to hire a hard-working apartment maintenance tech with a great attitude, that is interested in learning and growing with our expanding real estate property management company. The job will require an expansive amount of maintenance knowledge to handle any situation that may arise. You will review and complete work orders through our Management Software to keep our properties in good working order. Examples of common work orders include, leaky shower valve stems, HVAC repair, water heater installs, appliance issues, snaking shower drains, repairing fixtures, pest control, window repair, preventative maintenance, and everything else under the sun. Experience in residential renovations is required.
Skills Needed
Must have plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, drywall, and some HVAC experience for higher pay. 5 years trade experience is required.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the upkeep of 130 apartments spread out over 5 different properties. This is a scattered site portfolio, so we provide you with your own company work van for driving between the properties. We also stock your van with most tools you will need to be efficient at completing tasks.
