Your Role:
As a Maintenance Manger/Plant Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing plant reliability, efficiency, and safety. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead maintenance teams, oversee capital projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead & Innovate – Drive a culture of preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring maximum equipment reliability and efficiency.
🔹 Champion Safety – Promote a zero-injury work environment and ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
🔹 Optimize Performance – Implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies to improve uptime and plant efficiency.
🔹 Develop & Inspire – Provide leadership and training to enhance the skills of maintenance personnel.
🔹 Drive Continuous Improvement – Utilize CMMS, TPM, and root cause analysis tools (FMEA, 5 Whys, etc.) to identify and prevent failures.
🔹 Manage Budgets & Projects – Oversee capital projects, budget planning, and cost control to maximize operational efficiency.
What You Bring:
✔ 3 years of experience leading a plant maintenance team in industrial manufacturing (or 5 years in a supervisory role).
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Experience with CMMS and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) preferred.
✔ Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety protocols.
✔ Expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and predictive maintenance processes.
✔ Proven leadership with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
✔ Strong analytical skills in Root Cause Analysis (FMEA, 5 Whys, etc.)
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
