Your Role:
As a Maintenance Manger/Plant Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing plant reliability, efficiency, and safety. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead maintenance teams, oversee capital projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What Youβll Do:
πΉ Lead & Innovate β Drive a culture of preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring maximum equipment reliability and efficiency.
πΉ Champion Safety β Promote a zero-injury work environment and ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
πΉ Optimize Performance β Implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies to improve uptime and plant efficiency.
πΉ Develop & Inspire β Provide leadership and training to enhance the skills of maintenance personnel.
πΉ Drive Continuous Improvement β Utilize CMMS, TPM, and root cause analysis tools (FMEA, 5 Whys, etc.) to identify and prevent failures.
πΉ Manage Budgets & Projects β Oversee capital projects, budget planning, and cost control to maximize operational efficiency.
What You Bring:
β 3 years of experience leading a plant maintenance team in industrial manufacturing (or 5 years in a supervisory role).
β Bachelorβs Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
β Experience with CMMS and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) preferred.
β Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety protocols.
β Expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and predictive maintenance processes.
β Proven leadership with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
β Strong analytical skills in Root Cause Analysis (FMEA, 5 Whys, etc.)
β Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
