Key Responsibilities :
- Program Support : Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive business continuity and emergency operations strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Program Management : Support the design, implementation, and improvement of business continuity and disaster recovery programs across facilities and business units.
- Risk Management : Contribute to identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats such as natural disasters, pandemics, and operational failures.
- Risk Mitigation : Work with IT and business leaders to evaluate risks in critical technologies, vendors, and processes, ensuring alignment with resilience initiatives.
- Policy & Standards : Assist in establishing and enforcing continuity policies, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulations.
- Crisis Management : Support incident response, resource coordination, and recovery efforts during major crises.
- Training & Awareness : Help develop training programs to ensure staff are prepared for business continuity and emergency operations.
- Testing & Exercises : Contribute to planning and executing drills to test and maintain the effectiveness of business continuity plans.
