Overview
Threespot Producers run digital strategy, brand, website, and web-based application design and development projects, providing day-to-day leadership to both client and internal teams. They possess a holistic understanding of project planning, budget control, project tracking and reporting, risk analysis, and quality assurance. They also take a broad look at client relationships and help grow accounts beyond an initial project, as well as participate in business development for new clients. Our Producers communicate, collaborate, fill in the gaps, forecast the future, and connect the dots. They are smart, kind, collegial, and incredibly organized.
Responsibilities
An Associate Producer is responsible for the following:
- Cultivates durable, trusting client relationships. Is able to form relationships with clients even through difficulties. Is able to lead and navigate challenging conversations in order to get to a solution.
- Consistently delivers world-class creative work on time and on budget. Understands how to work with the team and client to ensure project success across these metrics.
- Successfully builds and manages project plans and budgets for projects ranging from quick-turnaround engagements to large-scale, multi-year website development projects, as well as creative services retainers.
- Manages multiple concurrent projects across several accounts/projects. Consistently keeps administrative tasks up to date, such as tasking and resourcing. Is able to appropriately prioritize their work to address time-sensitive or otherwise important needs over less critical work.
- Leads cross-functional, multi-allocated teams, including creative directors, strategists, analysts, user experience specialists, designers, and developers. Is able to contribute ideas to conversations, as well as facilitate collaborative conversations to help the team arise at solutions.
- Regularly communicates with project teams and clients in a timely manner. Is clear and concise in their communication and has the ability to determine what information needs to be communicated to whom. Is able to determine and provide next steps from conversations.
- Supports business development by contributing to scoping, scheduling, and budgeting proposals and by pitching our client service and project management capabilities. Is able to pull a team together to discuss project approach, gather estimates, and provide ideas for how to tackle novel or new projects.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- At least one year of experience in project management or working at a digital agency
- Experience with project management software such as Asana
- Experience with resource management
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Experience successfully managing project budgets to target
- Experience with website redesign processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
