Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00 Hourly

Summary of Job Duties: Full-Time M-F Onsite. Works well with the direction from the AP Manager and communicates well within a team environment. Handles critique, training, and changes positively. Always keeps open communication regarding his or her work and Q&A with the AP manager. Professional written and verbal communication, able to make deadlines, and perform any Accounts Payable tasks given by the AP Manager timely. Handles any other tasks given such as filing with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist others to get the job done timely.
Specific Job Duties:
- Payable vendor invoice processing, 3-way match, verification of invoices, make timely payments within discount terms, research blanket PO’s and other items.
- May or may not handle GL coding, Accruals, statement reconciliation and up-keep, vendor return bill backs, MCB’s, any type of vendor assigned, Excel spreadsheets, check printing, process improvement, SOP’s, filing, storage, assist with additional items as needed.
- Learns and works quickly and can processes high volumes of work in a fast-paced working environment.
- May or may not handle any of our vendor types at any time, such as freight, raw material, distribution, utilities, rents, consultants, supplies, or other vendors, these can be changed at any time.
- Specific tasks depend on the AP desk that is assigned, and this can be changed.
- We need someone professional, that can handle many personality types with a positive attitude, customer service, phone calls, professional emails, and can handle high work volumes under pressure.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills.
- Should be familiar with, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Always maintains friendly and professional communication.
- Handles deadlines with few errors, and can handle a fast paced, large workload.
- Must have a positive attitude, adaptable to change, take critique and direction well, works well in a team environment, always takes direction, and communicates well with the AP Manager.
- Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold management.
- Can lift storage boxes about 15lbs if needed, can bend over and lift items safely if needed.
Salary : $21 - $25
