Summary of Job Duties:
The Sales Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Sales Education Development Manager and the Sales Administration Manager. Assisting with ongoing daily tasks of sales operations such as updating and cleanup of contacts, price changes, Salesforce CRM administrative tasks, SPINS reports and more.
Specific Job Duties:
- Salesforce CRM administrative tasks and ongoing support
- Updating customer contacts
- Onboarding and offboarding users
- Reports set up and troubleshooting
- Communicate platform changes to users
- Contact and email management
- Irwin Displays and Quotes
- Update price changes to all sales platforms
- Upload materials monthly onto current Education Site and other training platforms and assist with the communication of updates to the sales team
- Run bulk excel reports in SPINS database for Sales Education Manager for analytics for sales slides and KAM team for product category reviews
- Help with the checklist of Onboarding and Offboarding sales personnel
- Monthly special projects that need to be taken care of
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Threshold management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient
- Excel proficiency specifically
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with troubleshooting technology
- Ability to analyze data and draw valid conclusions
Skills and/or Training Desired:
- Salesforce proficient is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and self-driven to take on tasks without constant oversight
- A passion for health and wellness is preferred but not required and a desire to learn more
Salary : $20 - $24
