Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Education Development Manager and Sales Administration Manager.
- Manage customer contacts, update records, and perform onboarding and offboarding tasks.
- Develop and maintain reports, set up and troubleshoot data issues, and communicate platform changes to users.
- Coordinate logistics for displays, quotes, and pricing updates across multiple sales platforms.
- Compile and analyze data from SPINS database for sales analytics and KAM team reviews.
- Support new hires and departing employees through the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.
