Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a leader in supporting individuals with mental illness challenges, is seeking an
RTF-A Program Manager to manage the continuing implementation of a Residential Treatment Facility for young adults in Berks County. The program provides a comprehensive, collaborative, continuum-of-care service model that addresses the needs of the population from a person-centered perspective and is strength based, recovery-oriented and focused on positive practices.
The RTF-A Program Manager position requires a master's degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline such as, but not limited to psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, special education or activities therapy. Two years full time management experience overseeing mental health programs, two years full time experience working directly with individuals with mental disabilities, experience in trauma informed care and residential experience preferred.
The RTF-A Program Manager is responsible for planning, implementation and supervision of the RTF-A Mental Health Therapist and Mental Health Workers in accordance with policy, state regulations, and contract agreements. The RTF-A Program Manager manages and evaluates the program's progress, supervises all staff, ensures the program is in compliance with state and contract regulations, and maintains CARF accreditation. The RTF-A Program Manager is responsible for maintaining financial stability of the program and meeting budget requirements. The RTF-A Manager is responsible for ensuring the program is fully staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to regulation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline such as, but not limited to psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, special education or activities therapy.
- Two years full time management experience overseeing mental health programs,
- Two years full time experience working directly with individuals with mental disabilities
- Experience in trauma informed care and residential experience preferred.
- Valid PA Driver's License
- PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver
- Pre-employment Drug Screen
- PA Criminal History Clearance
- FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
