Most importantly, are you a dependable rock star who doesn't cut corners? We are currently looking for a Facilities Management Worker to join our team. Threshold Residential Services is a non-profit agency that provides quality care to developmentally disabled adults in Columbiana County, Ohio and our Facilities Management department provides home modifications to clients across Northeast Ohio. This is an entry level position with upward mobility and potential for growth as the department grows!
Experience with carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, basic wiring, and remodeling in general are not necessary, but helpful. Familiarity with basic hand tools, math, and power tools however, is essential for success in this role. You must be mechanically minded, have a solid work ethic, be self-motivated, willing to take instruction and initiative, as well as have critical thinking, problem solving and people skills. There will be some out of town work. Success in this position will be the result of a strong hunger for personal and professional growth, and a willingness to do the hard work that comes with it.
