Thress Nursery Gardens in Knoxville, TN is looking for one foreman to join our 18 person strong team. We are located on 7343 Old Clinton Pike. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
The Landscape Foreman is essential in project management, installation, and communication with the landscape designer and clients. This job involves hand labor skills, customer service skills, and an eye for neatness and design. The leaders direct the crew while working along side them to complete projects.
A driver's license is necessary. The ability to run a machine is a bonus. Plant knowledge can be learned but good character is essential to our company.

Responsibilities:
- Project and Team Management: Make sure jobs are completed in the time allotted. Communicate with designers and clients to make sure the design is implemented to perfection.
- Driving: Driving large trucks to and from jobsites, as well as learning machines such as Bobcat and Backhoe. Previous machine experience and CDL Lincenses are not required, but will be given priority.
