Long Term Care Marketer
New Berlin, WI Area
Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking out a full-time (30-40 hours per week) Long Term Care Marketer for the New Berlin, WI area to identify, promote, and implement Thrifty White Pharmacy initiatives that grow sales, profitability, and patient access within our key business divisions:
- Long Term Care
- Specialty
- Home Health Care
- Retail
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal/external stakeholders from the above divisions, including provider offices, long-term care accounts, employer groups, advocacy organizations, community groups and other industry partners.
- Provide regular analysis and insight that drives the success of Thrifty White services and provides the highest level of relationship management to both internal and external teams.
- Promote Thirty White Pharmacy Services by building relationships with physicians, nurses, and other medical clinicians from area provider offices to increase new customer growth across assigned territories.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve organizational objectives to grow sales and profitability across divisions within specified territory.
- Facilitate communication with individuals and organizations in the Healthcare industry (Provider, At Home and LTC spaces) in order to stay abreast of changes in regulations, industry practices, potential competition and business opportunities.
- Develop action plans within budgetary constraints and devises marketing campaigns in order to increase service awareness and profitability.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and next steps with Thrifty White Pharmacists to support them and their store teams in growing clinic and provider relationships at the local level.
- Deliver presentations and lead discussions with groups of all sizes and types to enhance Thrifty White Community Partnerships and implement programs that engage patients in programs supporting Healthy Outcomes platform.
- A Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required in Business, Sales, Marketing or other in related fields; or equivalent related experience.
- 3-5 years of healthcare sales and marketing.
- Proven record of success in healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to sell and negotiate at an executive level.
- A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Requires initiative, motivation, enthusiasm, creativity and ability to understand various areas of expertise.
