As the Clubhouse Intern you will work hand-in-hand with the Clubhouse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day needs of the players, coaches and locker room. Those include but are not limited to: Laundry for the home and visiting team when needed. You will ensure the cleanliness of the locker rooms, bullpens, and dugouts daily, coordinate with the coaches on our nightly autograph tables, and players check in on their report day. You will also oversee the bat and ball boy/girls’ schedule, and put together daily scouting reports to the coaches for both our players and our opponents and reports as needed.
Clubhouse interns receive a $750.00 monthly stipend for the summer and are expected to maintain a very challenging schedule throughout the internship. Interns are expected to be at all home games as well as play key roles in executing special events taking place at Mtn Dew Park. Days off are granted throughout the season to help alleviate the challenging schedule.

Job Duties:
- Manages all player equipment and uniforms
- Wash and clean player equipment and uniforms
- Manages home and away clubhouses to ensure both are clean and presentable prior to each home game
- Prepare equipment needs for in game use
- Help with the operation of the organization’s stat data software system used for player development
- Assit in Player Development needs such during team batting practice
- Assit in Player Development needs such during team batting practice
- Assist the operations team with any other necessary duties
Skills & Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, very organized
- Can be successful in a team environment
- Can multi-task and effectively problem solve
- Strong baseball knowledge is a must, preferably has experience playing baseball
