Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Vice President of Operations to join the Thrive 365 Labs leadership team. This full-time role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, driving customer satisfaction, and aligning our operational strategies with our broader business goals. As a key leader, you will oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee and optimize daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to establish clear, efficient workflows and operational guidelines
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Thrive 365 Labs' growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set performance goals and measure success.
Customer Experience:
- Elevate customer service practices to achieve high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions.
Project Management:
- Lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Implement project management best practices to track progress and mitigate risks.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Create and refine processes that drive productivity and reduce operational costs.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and inspire operational teams, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve professional growth and organizational success.
Qualifications
Professional Experience:
- Proven track record in operations management, with significant experience in P&L management and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead customer service initiatives and enhance client satisfaction.
- Expertise in project management, including delivering high-value projects within complex operational environments.
- Experience working with or currently employed by companies with annual revenues of $30-50MM.
Leadership Skills:
- Exceptional decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving organizational change and inspiring teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
Analytical and Problem-Solving:
- Ability to analyze complex challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required.
- An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
