Thrive Therapy is looking for a dedicated Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team as the Clinical Director of our mental Health Outpatient program. The candidate must be able to work on-site and complete supervision and clinical service hours.
Major Job Duties
Assume responsibility for the clinical management and growth of the mental health program in accordance with state, federal, and payor regulations.
Ensure program supervision through a Licensed Psychiatrist in accordance with state, federal and payor regulations.
Develop and update necessary policies in collaboration with the Supervising Psychiatrist and maintain compliance with billing, medical records and treatment best practices.
Conduct evaluations and assessments for mental health outpatient services.
Provide clinical services for clients and families as needed.
Review and sign off on treatment plans created by assigned providers.
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in a Field of Psychology.
Licensed to practice within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
At least five (5) years of experience providing mental health treatment.
Minimum of 2 years leadership experience as a Clinical Director.
A background check in accordance with state and federal regulations; State Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Clearance
NPI Query and current driver’s license.
Participation in and completion of all CBH mandatory in-services.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficiency and the ability to provide telehealth
