Our organization offers a variety of programs and services that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character development for youth aged 6 to 18.
Job Responsibilities
The Executive Director will be responsible for providing leadership and accountability for staff, volunteers, and contractors, ensuring effective daily operations. They will also act as liaison with the community, ensuring seamless communication and compliance with national policies and standards. Additionally, they will oversee development, execution, and evaluation of programs, ensuring alignment with mission and community needs. The Executive Director will also lead the creation and oversight of the annual budget, review monthly financial reports, and work with the Board treasurer and finance staff on presentations to the Finance Committee and the full Board.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Enthusiasm for the Mission, Vision, and Values of Thrive Alliance.
- Commitment to safety for all youth, staff, and volunteers in all programs and spaces at all times.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, plan, and coordinate operations in a multi-unit organization.
