Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of program development, staff management, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities
The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Liaising with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, staff, and community partners.
• Ensuring effective financial management, including budgeting and grant reporting.
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for youth and staff.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams and building partnerships.
• A deep understanding of the needs of Coastside youth and families, with a passion for social justice and community development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
