Responsibilities:
Programmatic and administrative work as the manager of a single Intensive Residential Treatment Services and/or Residential Crisis Stabilization Services program for a DHS licensed mental health provider. Directly Supervises all unlicensed personnel and nursing staff. Responsible for all aspects of the operation of the program and the program's compliance with all applicable requirements.
- Know and Understand the Implications of chapters 245A, 2345C, and 260E, sections 626.557 and 626.5572; Minnesota Rules, chapter 9544.
- To be responsible for the hiring, evaluation and management of all program personnel.
- To be responsible for bed census and flow of admission and discharges.
- To be responsible for the overall orientations, in-service training for all program staff.
- To be responsible for the household functioning in accordance with this organization’s philosophy.
- To be responsible for the assessment of appropriateness for placement concerning applicants for admission in consultation with Mental Health Professional
- To be ultimately responsible for each client’s individual program plan and the overall program design in consultation with Mental Health Professional.
- To be responsible for all household budgets.
- To be responsible for all appropriate documentation necessary to meet licensing and this organization’s quality standards.
- To be responsible for open and honest communication with the Program Administrator and Director of Program Management, county agencies and community support agencies in a professional manner.
- To be responsible for the development of a supportive team concept within the program.
Qualifications:
Mental Health Practitioners must meet the qualifications in 245I.04 Subdv. 4 (a-d).
Pay: $59,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
