Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments, progress reports, parents trainings

• Provide supervision to behavior technicians

• Monitor and analyze progress through data collection and regular assessment

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other behavioral challenges (preferred but not required)

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
