Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments, progress reports, parents trainings
- Provide supervision to behavior technicians
- Monitor and analyze progress through data collection and regular assessment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other behavioral challenges (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
