At Thrive Chiropractic Group, we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team. We are off Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays!
Duties
- Greet and check in patients upon arrival
- Ensure all paperwork is completed and entered into the system
- Call patients for appointment reminders and follow up on missed appointments
- Answer phones, respond to emails and send text messages
- Schedule patient appointments
- Print and scan necessary documents
- Call and verify insurance benefits
- Collect payments from patients
- Assist with patient exams and take x-rays as needed
Requirements
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Bilingual is a plus
- Dependable and quick learner
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle a fast paced environment
- Experience with patient care or in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
