Duties
- Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for use.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using systems such as ChiroTouch
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the front desk operations.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and follow-up care.
- Handle clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Provide support in billing processes and insurance verification as needed.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to assist with diverse patient communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving medical terminology.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
