Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide expert support, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels
* Manage and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
* Educate and empower clients with knowledge to prevent future issues
* Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
* Experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility to adapt to changes and maintain productivity in a dynamic work environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Proficient with computers and CRM systems (prior experience with customer service software is a plus)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and external contacts in a professional manner
