Job Title: Temporary Corporate Recruiter
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Sr. Corporate HR Manager
Location: Hybrid or Remote, depending on location: Texas, Wisconsin, or Utah (must reside in one of these states)
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining our high hiring standards.
Essential Functions Include:
- Design and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various departments and levels
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop targeted recruitment plans
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management
- Coordinate and conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Organize and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activities and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Include:
- 3 years of corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and departments
- Strong knowledge of recruiting methods, employment law, and HR best practices
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different functions
- Strong sourcing, selection, and candidate engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or equivalent)
- Experience with recruitment in a manufacturing environment supporting corporate roles
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technology
