Job Title: Fulfillment Coordinator
Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: Supervisor
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Responsible for preparing or staging items for delivery as well as dealing with incoming shipments.
- Ensure compliance with and maintain all GMP, PPE, Safety, SQF, HACCP and Sanitation guidelines and processes.
- Process orders based on data compiled from ERP systems, orders, and data provided from Managers.
- Work with consistent speed and accuracy, ensuring that production requirements and standards are met.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties to include, but not limited to organization, cleaning, pallet movements using a pallet jack or other heavy equipment.
- Verify data for accuracy, errors and thoroughness as needed in production logs and documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- The ability to remain efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs and computer systems.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable and punctual for assigned shift or task.
- One year of relevant experience in a production environment.
- The ability to be Forklift Certified by a Thrive Freeze Dry employee.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Must be able to perform the following functions with or without accommodations:
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and frequent fine finger dexterity.
- 40% or more sitting, 40% or more walking, and 20% or more standing.
- The job is performed under significant temperature variations and in a food manufacturing production environment.
- Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees. The ability to lift to 50 lbs. and assist in lifting up to 150 lbs. is required.
