The Marketing Relationship Coordinator will play a vital role in managing and cultivating relationships with ambassadors, affiliates, and influencers, as well as supporting event and social media efforts. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day communication, content coordination, reward distribution, and tracking of ambassador and affiliate activities across various brands, with a focus on engagement, content creation, and promotional initiatives.
Essential Functions Include:
Ambassador & Affiliate Program Management
- Distribute monthly meal requests to ambassadors.
- Send out a monthly newsletter at the beginning of each month, highlighting the award and program updates.
- Communicate with ambassadors regarding content needs, ideas, and upcoming campaigns.
- Distribute product to each ambassador per month.
- Gather content from ambassadors and reward them according to the Ambassador Rewards Program.
- Send out a monthly newsletter with content ideas and themes for the upcoming month.
- Publish ambassador recipes on the company blog and website.
- Manage payments of Affiliates, ensuring monthly payments are delivered.
- Coordinate with influencers for food requests and content collaborations.
- Collaborate with team for planning Affiliates collaborations monthly.
- Process and send commission payouts via PayPal.
- Manage quarterly product commission orders for Affiliates.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Oversee booking and coordination of trade shows, events, and exhibitions.
- Keep track of payment breakdowns, due dates, and ensure timely payment for events.
- Handle booth furnishings, insurance (COI), and sample approvals as needed.
- Order necessary show supplies and materials.
- Coordinate packing for events, ensuring all materials and products are ready for transport.
- Book flights, hotels, and rental cars for event attendees.
- Track and manage event budgets for both buying group and direct-to-consumer events.
Social Media & Engagement
- Engage with followers on Instagram and Facebook by responding to comments, messages, and tagged content for brands.
- Ensure all social media interactions reflect brand tone and voice.
- Monitor and report on social media engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the brand's social strategy.
General Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement new ideas to elevate brand visibility and engagement.
- Ensure all ambassador and affiliate communications are aligned with the overall marketing and branding strategy.
- Maintain organized records for all ambassador payments, content, and rewards.
- Assist in other marketing-related tasks as necessary to support the overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications Include:
- 2 years of experience in marketing, influencer/affiliate management, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and community engagement.
- Knowledge of PayPal or similar platforms for managing payments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Experience with content creation, photography, and blog publishing.
- Previous experience in event planning or trade show coordination.
- Familiarity with influencer and affiliate marketing platforms.
