ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- The Scheduler will focus on creating schedules based on customer demand. The Scheduler is responsible for efficiently sequencing and scheduling of production schedules for a multi-sku/multi-line/equipment and the creation of the work orders in the ERP system. This role revises production plans, production floor status through input/output control reporting, and provides appropriate delivery dates as required. The Scheduler works with the Production Scheduling Manager and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- The Scheduler works with Customer Service and Production Departments to determine weekly inbound forecast and develop consumption models to improve accuracy. Schedules demand based on the product mix and provide accurate dates to Customer Service Team across multiple product lines.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- 2 years of production scheduling required.
- Must possess a demonstrated ability to plan and anticipate based on forecast.
- Experience in coordination multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced team environment is a must.
- Experience in BOMs, a plus.
- Experience in aged inventory management helpful.
- Previous Food Manufacturing work environment preferred.
- The possession of quality orientation and attention to detail, problem analysis and resolution.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Consistent and reliable attendance
