We are looking for a dedicated Estimator to join our team and specialize in providing accurate cost estimate for commercial and industrial electrical projects.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed analysis of project requirements and specifications to prepare comprehensive estimates for commercial and industrial HVAC and electrical services
- Collaborate with project stakeholders including engineers architects and contractors to gather essential information for accurate estimations.
- Interpret technical drawings blueprints and schematics to assess project scope and identify material and labor requirements.
- Develop detailed estimates that include material costs labor projections equipment expenses and project timelines.
- Maintain an uptodate database of pricing information and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive and precise estimates.
- Participate in prebid meetings site visits and client consultations to understand project needs and address any queries related to estimates.
- Communicate effectively with clients subcontractors and internal teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and cost estimates.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills to accurately estimate costs and project timelines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact with clients vendors and team members effectively.
- Familiarity with estimation software and tools is a plus.
- Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
