Dining Room Supervisor

• Supervise and support dining staff to ensure efficient and friendly service.
• Train and coach team members on proper serving techniques, etiquette, and safety procedures.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, well-organized, and set up properly before and after each meal.
• Address resident concerns and special dietary needs with professionalism and care.
• Monitor inventory of dining supplies and coordinate with the Dining Services Director for replenishment.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Foster a positive team environment that aligns with Thrive’s culture of integrity, honesty, family, care, and fun.
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and performance feedback for dining staff.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless meal service.

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or senior living dining setting preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
