We are seeking an Administrative Support Assistant for our Support Center. This professional will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This individual will support all areas of the business and needs to be detail oriented, possess a pleasant and courteous personality and be able to multi -task. This individual will need to have a commitment to assist with implementing new processes and improving existing processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- General Office Duties include handling incoming phone calls and lobby traffic, electronic filing, incoming and outgoing correspondence management, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Update and maintain office documents including associate HR files, customer files, etc.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Ensure consistency of data input between markets, positions within the company
- Support Administrative team as necessary with various duties.
- Uniform Management – issue to new hires and maintain inventory.
- Assist with New Hire onboarding process including maintaining associate HR electronic files.
- Assist with associate offboarding process including termination of benefits, COBRA notification and uniform returns.
- Assist with Accounts Receivables reports, and collection efforts as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Office365
- Ability to prioritize work tasks when assigned.
- Good written and verbal communications skills (bilingual preferred but not required)
- Ability to own certain processes and tasks in a timely manner.
This position and duties will grow as the associate becomes more proficient with the company software and as we continue to grow.
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
